Tired Of Offers Only Available to Cell Phones? Some Companies Offer Alternatives!
I do not have a cell phone so when companies require you to have a cell phone it can be frustrating, Just like the Bible says, "God will take care of you!" If you have faith as persistent as a mustard seed and ask, you may be lead to alternative means of doing things without a cell phone.
God willing I will update this post with alternatives to things requiring cell phone entries or contact info as I find them.
Tips for Finding Alternative Contest Entries
- Pray. Prayer changes things.
- Check the contest details. For example the Shoppers Drugmart Wish and Win Contest looks like it only allows entries via texting by Cell phone, but in the official rules it states:
EMAIL ENTRY: You may enter by sending an email with your name, full address including postal code and daytime phone number to SDMContest@sweepspros.com, with a subject title “SDM Holiday Wish and Win Contest 2020 Entry” (“Email entry”). Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your online/carrier service may apply. Multiple individuals are not permitted to use the same email address. The Contest Administrator of this Contest will contact you by email should you be selected a potential winner. Limit one (1) Email entry per person during the Contest Period.
3. Complain - Yes, we are to do all things without complaining, but we are also told that we must let people know what they are doing wrong. If a company does not know how you feel, they cannot change their ways. There may be a whole lot of people who feel the same way.
